I want you to know what you’re agreeing to before we begin.
This page covers some of the practical parts of working together — fees, payments, cancellations, confidentiality, communication, accessibility and what to expect from the professional relationship.
Different types of work have slightly different arrangements, so anything specific to us will be agreed clearly before we start.
If something isn’t answered here, you’re very welcome to ask.
Cost & accessibility
I keep a limited amount of capacity available for supported-rate work. If you feel this work would be useful and cost is the main barrier, you’re welcome to ask what may currently be possible.
I don’t think somebody should have to write a case for why they are deserving of support before they can have a conversation with me.
At the same time, supported places are limited so that I can offer them sustainably alongside the rest of my work.
Where a supported arrangement is agreed, we’ll be clear about the usual value of the work and the contribution being offered through Farside.
That matches the system you’ve already created internally: supported work keeps the underlying service value visible, with the difference treated as a deliberate Farside contribution rather than quietly changing the value of the service.

Personal Coaching
60-minute Focused Coaching — £175
90-minute Focused Coaching — £240
Longer personal coaching partnerships and ongoing support are also available.
Couples & Relationships
90-minute Relationship Focus Session — £260
Short-form relationship work, longer coaching partnerships and ongoing support are also available.
Business Support & Development
90-minute Business Focus Session — £240
Longer Business Deep Dives, start-up partnerships and ongoing business support are also available.
Workplace & Organisational Development
1:1 coaching, workshops, team development, facilitation and longer organisational partnerships are usually quoted according to the brief.
The exact scope and fee are agreed before work begins.
Your current working pricing architecture supports £175 / £240 for individual sessions, £260 for a 90-minute relationship session and separately scoped organisational work.
